**** Friends – the nature of this even has changed! Due to construction at the Wholeness Center, and end of June schedule conflicts we are turning it into a FREE FREE FREE drop in on June 1st where we will then discuss future dates and summer plans ***** Please join us!
The Mother’s Circle, exploring birth & motherhood with body, heart and spirit.
** For new moms and pre-crawling little folk **
Join us in a 4 week circle of sisterhood and support. Motherhood is an awesome journey. The newness of it all can overwhelm though. Finding your tribe, and meeting other moms traveling the same journey can help.
~ breastfeeding and infant feeding support
~ processing birth stories, Birth Art and creativity
~ what’s normal for your newborn
~ Transitions at home, with partner, with career, with family
~ self care, relationships, boundaries, intimacy
~ managing fatigue, touched out, alone time
