The annual Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival featuring family activities and balloon launches will take place on July 7, 8 & 9. Balloons are scheduled to take off at 6 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 6 a.m. Saturday and Sunday (weather permitting).
