Special Needs Open House

Everyone is special at Sparkle Up, and as the mother of a special needs child, special needs children have a special place in my heart.
If you are a parent of a special needs child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Rett’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, blindness, deafness, intellectual disabilities, or Down Syndrome, we want to make your child look and feel beautiful!
We invite your special needs girl or boy to join us for our open house on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 12pm – 4pm for a free haircut, mini mani, and sparkly tattoo.
