The Empire State Hot-Air Balloon Festival returns to Barton Orchards on Friday June 21st through Sunday June 23rd, 2019. Join us for a weekend filled with fun for the whole family featuring mass balloon launches each day in the morning and evening, live music, games, hay rides, kids activities, vendors, balloon rides, moon glows, fireworks, beer tastings, and so much more!
