Ever think that a product or program is amazing you wish everyone knew about it….? Here you can follow my most recent favorites. For your convenience each title is linked to a place where you can find it so that you don’t see something wonderful and then have to search all over for it (it’s kind of my motto, all in one place).

I usually do my online shopping for items that you can purchase in several different places thgough Amazon, I have found them to be most helpful in finding and returning products when necessary.

My recent battle with bad colds and the stomach virus (yes the whole house) helped me to write this month’s currently loving list. These are the items I really couldn’t live without this winter. Did I miss something? Let me know and I’ll add it!!
I have the ducky pictured above but any cool air humidifier will work. It helps with sore throats, and also those nasty runny noses. I find that my kids aren’t afraid of the character and that’s one reason that I would recommend it. A random machine in the room spitting vapor might otherwise make kiddies nervous.
I live for this thing. It gets all the stuff out (and you can clean it). Its the most like the hospital one I have found, but has that added element that makes me feel better (haven’t we all seen that picture on Facebook with the dirty one?). This helps kiddies to not have upset stomach, or chapped face due to the runny nose.
For those nights when they are just so darn stuffy! I have used this a million times and would consider it a life saver.
Tried and true, I spray this stuff EVERYWHERE as soon as there is no one in the room. Coupled with the ability to air out the room at some point, it helps to get rid of the germs (which had to happen with that nasty stomach bug).
Dye Free of course, my pediatrician says its much better for fevers than Tylenol. Sometimes you need to alternate when its really bad, no worries.
Great to have both on hand in case you need to alternate every 4 hours to keep a bad fever down.
I have had a MILLION thermometers and they all suck. I finally bought this one two weeks ago and I am in LOVE! Its accurate and easy to use. The only downside is that I have to keep my kids away from it, they think it looks fun to use.
Nothing helps to loosen things up like saline, and a hot bath. Once these have worked their magic, use that nose bulb!!! Any saline spray will work but for some reason I always go for the “little remedies”.
My kids won’t drink the flavored one, and I am not a huge fan of giving them Gatorade. Instead I buy this plain one, and I put it in the same juice that they normally drink. They don’t know its there, and I know that they are getting some electrolytes.
(A) has had a terribly chapped upper lip because of all of the runny noses and I have tried pretty much everything to help it. I finally put my own product on it, and it cleared it right up (yeah, thank goodness because we had a photo session and didn’t want to have a chapped lip).

Etsy – CANNOT GET ENOUGH (I’ve even got (D) checking it out, for MANly items of course!)
Due to my obsession with pictures which I talk about at length in this blog. I discovered Etsy for the first time this past winter. I ordered my son (A) two custom knit hats. One was Captain America for him to wear when it was cold. The other was a Santa hat that he wore in his Christmas Photos. Now that I have a newborn and many of my friends do as well, I am hooked. I have purchased so many photo props and custom gifts there (hats like (E)’s Halloween Costume, headbands, crowns). I also ordered my painted wall letters for (E’s) room as the contact that did A’s letters was no longer available to me.

I used to keep a big binder with ideas and whatnot from magazines in my office, which is almost always a mess. This helps to keep it a bit at bay (right D?). I now have different boards that I can add things to at my leisure. The only issue that I have run into is that I cannot seem to find out how to erase something that I no longer want on there.
