ASAPP is looking for people to help them do simulations. They will be acting as customer support representatives (CSR) speaking to customers using a text-based web platform. It will be expected of each representative to be able to handle up to five conversations in a very professional and courteous manner, while still capturing the relevant data obtained from the conversations.
As this platform is text based and the customer aspect of the app is for iOS only, the ideal candidate should match the following criteria:
Capable of typing minimum of 45 words per minute, with minimal mistakes.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time, as you will be talking to multiple customers simultaneously.
- Handle pressure with ease.
- Rep must be fluent in English and capable of communicating in a friendly, yet professional manner.
Looking for: 6 people in the office for a two-week rotation for a total of 21 participants.
Schedule: One week using the ASAPP interfaces and another will be using competitor’s platforms.
Compensation: $1600.00 for the two-week period, totaling 80 hours and concluding with a survey about your experience using the different platforms.
